1. Right of use and validity (20 days)

Your 20-day play period begins when you first click ‘Start quiz’ in the lobby. Entering your licence code or opening the lobby does not start the period. A practice game also starts the period. Replaying does not extend it. After 20 days you cannot start a new game session. You can finish a session that has already started.

During this period, you may play and test the quiz as often as you wish. A maximum of 50 teams can participate in each game session.

2. Delivery

After successful payment, the quiz link, licence code and instructions are sent by email.

If the email has not arrived after 15 minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.

3. Digital products and cancellation

Because the digital product is delivered immediately and in full, the purchase is final after delivery and is not refundable.

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

The quiz is intended only for personal, recreational or internal business use.

Resale, public sharing or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

5. Technical requirements

The host is responsible for a stable internet connection and suitable equipment.

We are not liable for equipment or connection failures. Always test everything before the event.
