What does a company quiz cost?
Pay €19.99 once for the whole group, not per person. Up to 50 teams can join, with one or several colleagues per team. Your personal host link and licence code arrive by email after payment. Play the selected quiz without limit for 20 days, including a test run beforehand. There is no subscription. The 20 days begin with the first quiz start; a practice game counts too.
How long should we allow?
General Knowledge takes about 45 minutes, excluding joining and breaks. Allow 60 to 90 minutes for the whole activity as a planning example. Start with ten minutes for team names and joining, play the quiz with an optional drinks break, then finish with the podium and full leaderboard. The host can pause and resume.
How should we divide colleagues into teams?
For 24 colleagues, try six teams of four. Mix departments and interests and choose one person per team to submit answers on the phone. Pairs and individual players work too: each registration counts as one team. The limit of 50 applies to teams, not people.
What equipment do we need?
Use a laptop or tablet for the host, sound, reliable internet and one phone per team. A TV or projector is useful but optional: questions also appear on team devices. Test picture, sound and the connection at your venue beforehand. Teams join using the QR code or game PIN, without an app or account.
What does the host do?
A colleague opens the lobby, checks that everyone has joined and starts the quiz. Questions, photos, audio clips, videos and rounds run automatically, while the system processes answers and calculates scores. Fast correct answers earn more points. The host can pause for drinks. You arrange the venue, refreshments and hosting; a hired quizmaster or venue is not included.
Can international colleagues join?
Choose English, Dutch, German, French or Spanish at checkout. Each purchase supplies the quiz in one chosen language, so agree on a language everyone understands. Try the free three-question demo together to see the difficulty, pace and answering process.
